About the Role
Townhouse Partners is seeking motivated summer interns to join our fast-paced, collaborative environment. Interns will support the team across all aspects of the business, including research, reporting, and underwriting, while gaining meaningful, hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the team across all aspects of the business, including research, reporting, and underwriting.
- Gain meaningful, hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate industry.
- Work on engagements involving leading global banks, institutional investors, and sophisticated real estate sponsors.
- Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of complex commercial real estate transactions.
- Be fully integrated into active projects as a meaningful contributor.
- Learn from the collective expertise of highly skilled teams through a blend of structured classroom instruction and hands-on training.
- Gain valuable analytical, transactional, and due diligence experience.
- Collaborate closely with Townhouse Partners’ entire team.
- Gain exposure to the broader ecosystem of banks, investors, and advisors involved in institutional commercial real estate transactions.
- Gain exposure to multiple technology platforms and proprietary modeling systems.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a four year undergraduate program.
- Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Prior coursework in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Intellectually curious, highly accountable individuals who want to learn how real decisions are made in professional real estate finance.
Skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and desire to learn.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and beginner to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
