About the Role
hellgrün is an innovative Climate Fintech specializing in the development of PV systems on commercial roofs. We lease roof areas, develop turnkey PV systems, and sell them to private investors as long-term investments. The potential for growth is huge – and we need you to exploit it. Responsibilities
- Proactive content development: Keep an eye on the industry, relevant topics for our target groups, environmental days & co. and independently develop content for our channels.
- Create and maintain content for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram), from research to text and visuals to publication.
- Research, write, and publish AEO and SEO-optimized content for our solar blog.
- Use AI tools meaningfully to support content creation.
- Support the planning and creation of our monthly newsletter.
- Keep an eye on relevant KPIs and derive optimizations for our channels from them.
- Design visuals in Canva and edit videos in CapCut.
Requirements
- Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable field – other fields of study are also welcome if they fit!
- Available for 20 hours/week – ideally starting immediately.
- Work in a structured and proactive manner – your input and ideas are very welcome!
- Have initial experience in creating social media or blog content, ideally in the B2B sector.
- Are familiar with SEO basics and know how to optimize content for search engines.
- Write stylistically confident German and have a good feel for different target groups.
- Are confident in using AI tools and actively use them.
- Ideally have experience with tools like Canva or CapCut.
