About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Client Success Account Manager to join our branded content team, overseeing key partnerships and leading social-first campaigns. This role involves providing exceptional service to produce industry-leading creative work, managing client relationships, and collaborating across departments to ensure campaign success.
Responsibilities
- Manage key brand partnerships and deliver fast-paced campaign work weekly.
- Oversee production and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
- Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and a solutions-focused approach.
- Chair briefing meetings to define delivery strategies based on client, company, and project needs.
- Accurately manage project finances, budgets, contracts, and create SOWs.
- Drive accurate and informative reporting on campaign effectiveness and client KPIs.
- Partner with wider LAD teams to optimize campaign processes and workflows.
- Lead weekly reporting and quarterly business reviews for major clients.
Requirements
- Strong background in delivering complex projects, particularly in social video and static content.
- Good knowledge of social best practices, platforms, and formats.
- Thorough understanding of account/project management skills, including briefing teams, timeline development, presentation creation, and cost management.
- Natural project leader with the ability to guide team members.
- Ability to build strong, constructive client relationships based on honesty and trust.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, creative environments and bringing teams together for solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting internally and externally.
