We are seeking a hardworking, dependable leader to join our moving team as a Non-CDL Driver / Crew Lead Mover. This role offers an active work environment, team leadership opportunities, and a dynamic daily experience with new locations and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Drive company moving trucks safely (no CDL needed)
- Lead and motivate a moving crew on residential & commercial jobs
- Pack, load, unload, and move furniture and heavy items daily
- Deliver top-tier customer service from start to finish
- Keep jobs running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally
- Maintain clean trucks, organized equipment, and high standards
- Solve problems on the fly and keep the team moving
- Work alongside your crew
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and leadership mentality
- Ability to lift and move heavy items throughout the day
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility
- Moving, logistics, or crew leadership experience is a plus
