About the Role
CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Porter for our Parkedge Townhouses in Utica, NY, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of the property to ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean the leasing office and restrooms daily.
- Clean and maintain model apartments on a daily basis.
- Clean vacant apartments as assigned by the Superintendent.
- Ensure all vacant units remain fresh, clean, and free of odors.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of laundry facilities each day.
- Notify management of supply needs on a bi-monthly basis.
- Perform daily cleaning duties including carpets, windows, community rooms, offices, and common areas.
- Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to perform assigned duties and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
- Effective communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work well with residents, visitors, vendors, and team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Must be able to pass a 3-year background check.
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing.
