About the Role

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you will help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during peak seasons. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for every guest, embodying the brand's culture positively.

Responsibilities

Provide WOW service to every guest by making a difference in their day.
Build customer relationships and drive store performance.
Educate guests on product details and personal style, making tailored suggestions.
Adapt to various roles including Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations.
Proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with the team to provide excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

Must be over 18 years old.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
