Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients before service starts
- Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
- Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
- Receive deliveries and keep stock organised
- Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service
- Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen presented well
