About the Role
Refuah Health is seeking a Women's Health Receptionist to join their team. This role is crucial for providing accessible and affordable care to low-income and high-risk residents in Rockland and Sullivan Counties. Join a collegial team and contribute to transforming the healthcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Greets patients and visitors in a positive and helpful manner.
- Schedules patient appointments using the eClinical Works scheduling system.
- Confirms, cancels, and reschedules appointments as directed.
- Complies with applicable policies and procedures.
- Contributes to organizational operations by performing other duties as may be required.
- Rotate between three locations when needed.
Requirements
- Prior reception knowledge a plus
- 2 years experience a plus
- Ability to deal with fast-paced office environment
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Ability to handle heavy phone/patient traffic while maintaining courteous and professional demeanor
