About the Role
The Capacity Planning Team provides AMZL with cost-optimal and flexible capacity solutions for in-station operations, enabling the business to scale for seasonal peak demand increases. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of labor planning, exercise sound judgment, and make realistic and achievable plans. You will have a significant impact within a leading global company, with a learn-by-doing culture that empowers career growth.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of labor planning.
- Exercise sound judgment to ensure plans are realistic and achievable.
- Leverage data to deliver actionable insights that impact daily business.
- Drive execution in a cross-functional environment, backed by analysis and data.
Requirements
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools.
- Experience with operations/supply chain.
- Experience operating large data warehouses.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting or problem solving.
- Exposure to labour or production planning.
