About the Role
As a Data Annotator at Treeswift, you'll transform raw sensor data into actionable insights for utility customers, directly influencing the accuracy of models that enhance field crew efficiency. This role is critical for scaling data operations due to rapid technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Annotate 3D wire spans using internal tools to generate high-quality datasets.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying, documenting, and reporting errors within visualizations.
- Partner with engineers, QA leads, and field technicians via Slack to streamline workflows and meet project goals.
- Execute critical project priorities to deliver accurate, actionable insights for utility infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Sharp eye for detail and comfort working solo on focused, repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Process-oriented with experience in data entry, data processing, and maintaining detailed records.
- Comfortable using computer systems and new software technologies effectively.
- Strong attention to visual detail, with an ability to identify and flag subtle anomalies.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets or Airtable.
- Dependable, capable of following through on deadlines with minimal oversight, and thrive in structured, project-based environments.
- Ability to commute to our San Francisco office at least twice a week.
- Must be ready and able to work in the San Francisco area to be considered for this role.
