About the Role
The Enterprise Management Internship helps university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Learn to take care of customers.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete intern projects.
- Engage in friendly competition with peers.
- Potentially be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Must be graduating by June 2027.
- Must have 3 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- Must be able to commit to a 10-12 week period.
- Must have availability to start employment in February 2027.
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week.
- Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license.
- Consideration will be given to qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by and consistent with applicable law.
