Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service by providing outstanding support to new and existing customers, guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism.
- Drive sales growth by using consultative sales techniques to educate customers on financial products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Engage customers by managing inbound calls with confidence and making proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings.
- Support delinquency management by collaborating with customers on past-due accounts, offering solutions and working toward resolution.
- Learn and grow through participation in a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence.
- Ensure compliance by following all regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and company assets.
