About the Role
This role supports the GPS Client Experience Executive by completing administrative and project management functions. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining project plans, client data management, business planning, and preparing presentations for senior management. Job expectations include being able to work effectively in multiple facets of the organization and across the company.
Responsibilities
- Creates business presentations on strategy, planning initiatives and other materials
- Tracks and supports weekly and monthly routines
- Communicates and interacts with team members across various lines of business
- Serves as a knowledgeable resource and point person who can help efficiently facilitate the day-to-day operations of the team
- Performs comprehensive competitor and financial industry benchmark research
- Assists with a variety of ad hoc assignments, typically with time constraints
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business support, project coordination, business analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience creating executive-level presentations and management reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data and identifying trends.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and manage competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Experience conducting industry research, benchmarking, and strategic analysis
- Knowledge of process improvement and business optimization methodologies
