About the Role

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will join a collaborative and supportive team, contributing to impactful projects in social infrastructure, including education, early years, health, and social care. You will be involved in all project stages, from concept to delivery, gaining hands-on experience and making a tangible difference from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the administration and coordination of project delivery.
  • Assisting in the development of project tools, communications, and tracking systems.
  • Contributing to research, event planning, and client reporting.
  • Helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Adapting project management approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements

  • Less than 12 months' relevant experience (excluding placements).
  • Bachelor's degree obtained no earlier than 2025 or expected.
  • Genuine interest in supporting vulnerable communities and making a positive difference.
  • Understanding and commitment to PRIDE values (Progress; Respect; Integrity; Drive; Excellence).
