About the Role

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a CDD Analyst to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Customer Due Diligence team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

Responsibilities

  • Document and maintain current and future state processes, procedures and workflows.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing due diligence processes to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
  • Recommend practical improvements that enhance efficiency, quality and client experience.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios and test cases.
  • Support the implementation of approved process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, boost productivity, drive cost-effectiveness, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Complete continuous monitoring of systems and processes to reduce customer friction and increase operational efficiency.
  • Gather and support the delivery and adoption of change including business case development, impact analysis, reporting of success measures and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business needs.
  • Support the assessment and prioritisation of process enhancement opportunities.
  • Engage stakeholder teams to align on challenges, identify improvements, and agree solutions.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organisation.
  • Clearly present challenges, findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for CDD processes and operational procedures.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define success criteria, establish benefit tracking, and measure the outcomes of process enhancements.
  • Support the implementation of updates to CDD processes, systems and controls.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, business readiness and process documentation.
  • Work with operational teams to embed new ways of working.
  • Provide support during rollout and post-implementation activities.

Requirements

  • Experience within Customer Due Diligence (CDD), KYC, AML or Client Onboarding functions.
  • Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
  • Experience documenting business requirements and operational procedures.
  • Understanding of CDD regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with operational teams to improve processes and control.
