About the Role

This role is pivotal in shaping brand storytelling, driving customer engagement, and making data-driven decisions to align business and creative objectives. It involves cross-collaboration with multiple stakeholders to bring plans together in a timely manner for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer trends.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end planning, creation, and delivery of content across all customer-facing channels.
  • Develop leading content by working between the studio and brand team.
  • Manage e-commerce photography budgets, submission, and approval of all photography invoices.
  • Oversee relationships and workflows with the studio and creative agencies.
  • Oversee content strategy for regional roll-out, including homepage, CRM, and site-wide updates.
  • Collaborate with teams on content learnings and CVR improvement requirements.
  • Track and report insights through GA and/or other analytical platforms.
  • Ensure all channels are up-to-date with the latest campaign and marketing imagery.
  • Continually monitor competitor activity and relevant creative sources for inspiration.
  • Manage workflow and career development of the Content Assistant and Digital Copywriter.
  • Develop and execute site 360 content and copy plans.
  • Lead website content optimization.
  • Balance data with brand image.
  • Manage SFCC content deployment.
  • Present strategies to stakeholders.
  • Provide team management, mentoring, and task prioritization.
  • Own photography budgets and vendor relations.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with attention to detail across both creative and commercial needs.
  • Comfortable working in Excel as well as digital native tools like Asana, Figma, and Google Analytics.
  • Proven content production experience within an E-commerce environment or luxury brand.
  • Outstanding creative eye with the ability to demonstrate clear understanding of brand identity.
  • Ability to analyze and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CMS systems, CSS, and email design.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills are preferable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Innovative problem solver and creatively-driven.
  • Good people management skills with the ability to multitask and motivate.
  • Line management experience of content producers and co-coordinators is essential.
  • Strong, energetic character able to team lead and positively communicate strategic ideas and adapt to changing requirements effectively.
