About the Role
Fifth Element seeks an Art Supervisor to lead creative strategy for healthcare brands, developing integrated campaigns for HCP and consumer audiences that drive business results. This role involves championing creative excellence, mentoring junior staff, presenting work, and utilizing emerging technologies like AI.
Responsibilities
- Partner with copywriters to develop breakthrough campaign concepts.
- Lead creative across integrated AOR campaigns, including print, digital, social, video, and experiential.
- Present and defend creative work to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate across creative, strategy, account, medical, and project management teams.
- Mentor junior creatives and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance creative thinking and improve workflows.
- Ensure work is strategically sound, on brand, and MLR-ready.
Requirements
- 5+ years of agency experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising.
- Strong conceptual thinking and an integrated campaign portfolio.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and client presentations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply them thoughtfully to the creative process.
