About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Advisor AI Transformation to act as a strategic and operational catalyst for our E-Commerce division. This role will drive AI evolution, bridging the gap between innovation and practical enablement, ensuring our teams are at the forefront of AI-powered customer journeys and checkout processes.

Responsibilities

Empower operational experts by acting as a strategic advisor, technical mentor, and hands-on implementer, providing necessary tools, prototypes, and knowledge.
Support teams in enhancing efficiency in campaign ideation, creation, and analysis through the identification and integration of AI tools into existing workflows.
Drive AI transformation for online shops and sales platforms, guiding involved organizations through the process.
Advise on leveraging AI to increase personalization and effectiveness in campaigns and sales initiatives.
Act as a lead for internal tools by defining clear, high-quality business requirements for development teams.
Create functional prototypes of AI-driven processes using internal/external tools and Natural Language Coding to prove concepts and validate requirements.

Requirements

Several years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, or development with a focus on AI implementation.
Comfort with 'Vibe Coding', rapid prototyping, and deep dives into AI tools to assess practical functionality.
An 'Enabler' mindset, adept at helping others succeed and explaining complex AI logic to non-technical colleagues.
The ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for external development teams.
Fluent English language skills are required; German or other European languages are a plus.
