About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Advisor for AI Transformation to act as a strategic and operational catalyst for our e-commerce division. In this role, you will drive the evolution of AI in these areas and bridge the gap between cutting-edge innovation and practical implementation. You will ensure that our teams are at the forefront of AI-powered customer journeys and order processes.
Responsibilities
- Support teams in improving efficiency in campaign ideation, creation, and analysis by identifying and integrating AI tools into existing workflows.
- Drive AI transformation across online shops and sales platforms, ensuring organizational buy-in.
- Advise on using AI to enhance personalization and effectiveness in campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Act as the lead for internal tools by defining clear, high-quality business requirements for development teams.
- Create functional prototypes of AI-based processes using internal/external tools and natural language coding to prove concepts and validate requirements.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, or development, with a clear focus on AI implementation.
- Ability to build and prototype AI solutions, comfortable with 'vibe coding' and rapid prototyping.
- Natural facilitator skilled in explaining complex AI logic to non-technical colleagues.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for external development teams.
- Fluency in English is essential; German or other European languages are a plus.
