About the Role
Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a Structural Interventional Cardiologist to join their staff in Central New York. This role involves diagnostic catheterization, coronary interventions, and structural heart procedures, with an outpatient clinical practice. Leadership opportunities, including potential appointment as Division Chief, are available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization, coronary interventions, and structural heart procedures including TAVR, left atrial appendage closure, and patent foramen ovale closure.
- Conduct an outpatient clinical practice.
- Participate in interventional call rotation (currently one in 3 weeknights, with one in four weekends).
- Engage in teaching and collaboration through an academic affiliation with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.
- Utilize an integrated EPIC Electronic Health Record system.
Requirements
- MD, DO or MBBS degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in ABIM Cardiovascular Disease.
- Completion of an accredited USA Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship.
- New York State Licensure or eligibility to obtain.
- BLS Certification required.
- DEA required.

Salary/Compensations
- $662,672 - $741,568
