About the Role
Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join their staff in Central New York. This role involves diagnostic catheterization, coronary interventions, and outpatient clinical practice within an active interventional program, including structural heart disease procedures. Leadership opportunities are available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization.
- Perform coronary interventions.
- Conduct outpatient clinical practice.
- Participate in TEE, coronary CT, and PERT interventions.
- Engage in interventional call rotation (currently one in three weeknights, one in four weekends).
- Work with diagnostic and interventional coronary cases.
- Perform structural heart disease procedures including TAVR, left atrial appendage closure, and patent foramen ovale closure.
- Teach and collaborate with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Requirements
- MD, DO or MBBS.
- BC/BE in ABIM Cardiovascular Disease.
- Completion of an accredited USA Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship.
- New York State Licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
- BLS Certification Required.
- DEA required.

Salary/Compensations
- $615,000 - $700,000
