About the Role
As the first dedicated enablement presence in EMEA, you will ensure global enablement programs are successfully implemented in the region, adapting them to local market context and providing a local point of contact for GTM Enablement.
Responsibilities
- Run new-hire onboarding cohorts for EMEA-based GTM hires and deliver EMEA bootcamps locally and in-region.
- Adapt onboarding materials for local market, language, and regulatory context, and track attendance and completion metrics.
- Execute global enablement initiatives, including certifications, product launches, and methodology programs, in the EMEA timezone and market context.
- Surface scheduling conflicts, capacity limits, and regional blockers to the global team.
- Maintain EMEA-specific content, scheduling, and cohort data in Highspot and the LMS.
- Prepare and deliver enablement components for quarterly business reviews for EMEA leadership and field teams.
- Own end-to-end enablement delivery for WAVE Europe and other EMEA-based programs.
- Own EMEA attendee readiness and regional pre-work for GKO and other company-wide moments.
- Act as the first point of contact for EMEA reps and managers on enablement questions.
- Represent enablement at EMEA sales meetings as needed.
- Keep EMEA leadership current on regional program status and completion.
- Escalate regional risk and strategic questions to the Director, Field Performance and VP, GTM Enablement.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or a closely related GTM function.
- Hands-on experience running onboarding cohorts or training programs end to end.
- Comfortable executing against a plan set by others while exercising real judgment day to day.
- Credible with quota-carrying sellers and their managers.
- Clear, proactive written communication across time zones, with a bias toward flagging problems early.
- Based in or willing to relocate to London, with the right to work in the UK.

- Working familiarity with enablement or LMS platforms, such as Highspot, Sana, or comparable tools.
