About the Role
We are looking for you to strengthen our team as a lecturer for IT specialization in system integration (m/f/d), accompanying our retraining participants on their way to a successful IHK degree and their entry into the IT field.
Responsibilities
- You will teach our retraining participants practical content for IT specialization in system integration and prepare them for their IHK degree and entry into an IT profession.
- You will lead training sessions and calls, answer technical questions, and support participants in applying their knowledge practically and solving problems independently.
- You will guide participants through assignments and projects, provide feedback, and ensure a motivating learning atmosphere.
- You will continuously develop our course content together with us and contribute your practical experience from the IT field.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training or retraining as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) and have practical experience in system integration and IT administration.
- You are familiar with the fundamental topics related to networks, operating systems, hardware, and IT infrastructure, and have basic programming knowledge.
- Ideally, you have prior experience in teaching, as a lecturer, trainer, instructor, mentor, or in a comparable role, and enjoy conveying technical topics understandably.
- You are open to new topics, enjoy taking responsibility, and like designing lessons and calls independently.
- You have very good German language skills, ideally at C1 level or higher.
- Ideally, you live in Mannheim or Berlin and are interested in working partially on-site with our participants.
