About the Role
As a Host, you’re the vibe-setter—the first face guests see and the last one they remember. Your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and setting the tone from the moment they walk in
- Managing reservations and keeping things running smoothly
- Seating guests and showing them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
- Answering phones and taking take-out orders
- Keeping the lobby clean, safe, and guest-ready
- Teaming up with coworkers to deliver next-level hospitality
Requirements
- You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do
- You've got attitude (the right kind, of course)
- Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers
- You understand that work is easier - and more fun - with teamwork
- Some time working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal
- Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required!
