About the Role

Develops test systems and software to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. This role requires a team-oriented individual who can also work independently, possesses a deep understanding of C#, C++, and C programming, and has extensive knowledge of various communication protocols and technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain test systems and test software to verify product functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective test plans and strategies.
Utilize C#, C++, and C programming languages to create efficient and reliable test software.
Employ GPIB communications, Ethernet protocols, and various standard technologies in Discrete, TTL, and serial communications for testing purposes.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging to identify and resolve issues in the testing process.
Provide documentation and reports on test results, including recommendations for improvements.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the testing process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience preferred.
Proficiency in C#, C++, and C programming languages with experience in Visual Studio.
Strong knowledge of GPIB communications, Ethernet protocols, and standard technologies in Discrete, TTL, and serial communications (e.g., rs232, rs422, rs485).
Familiarity with mil-std communications, including 1553, ARINC 429, and synchro/resolver (experience is a plus).
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Effective communication and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring the highest product quality.
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) and provide documentation.
Some positions require U.S. citizenship due to sensitive customer contracts.
