About the Role

The Degree Education team at London Business School seeks an individual to manage timetabling and scheduling, support enrollment, and ensure operational readiness for teaching and learning. This role involves stakeholder collaboration, data-informed decision-making, and driving continuous improvement in program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality timetables and reports, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Deliver high-quality service in the area of specialism.
  • Ensure area/team compliance with necessary regulations/processes.
  • Manage projects to be delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
  • Develop relationships within and outside the team, fostering positive feedback.
  • Implement improvements to processes and procedures in the area of specialism.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders with competing priorities and varying levels of seniority.
  • Ability to break down complex or technical issues and communicate them clearly to non-specialist audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and assess complex scenarios.
  • Experience using resource planning, timetabling or scheduling systems, or other complex database systems.
  • Experience managing data, undertaking analysis, and producing insights and recommendations using appropriate tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SQL, AI-enabled tools).
  • Project management and/or process improvement experience, with familiarity with methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma an advantage.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
