About the Role
Accenture is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their Data & AI practice, focusing on delivering AI and Data initiatives that drive business outcomes through disciplined, scalable, and intelligent delivery leadership. This role offers opportunities for growth in an innovative culture with access to training and a global network of experts, working with cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Map business processes, build robust business cases, and shape solutions aligned to client needs.
- Lead stakeholder analysis and process-mapping activities, translating client needs into clear requirements.
- Plan and facilitate workshops, create persuasive narratives, and adapt communication for delivery teams, clients, and senior stakeholders.
- Support product and project delivery utilizing AGILE processes and practices.
- Collaborate with data and technology specialists by interpreting data models, integration diagrams, and platform documentation, and by applying relevant industry context to solve client challenges.
- Work with AI assets and accelerators to reinvent client processes, progressing initiatives with support from Accenture specialists.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering.
- Experience in Stakeholder Management.
- Experience in Project and Product Delivery.
- Data & Enterprise Architecture experience in an Industry context.
- Data Platform Experience with tools such as Databricks, AWS, GCP.
- Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners.
