About the Role
As a Ground Floor Team Member, you will welcome guests, assist with check-ins, answer questions, serve meals, and ensure a smooth guest experience. No two shifts are the same, offering a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and help them check in
- Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
- Answer questions and help solve problems
- Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
- Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
- Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
Requirements
- Must be able to stay calm under pressure
- Must enjoy taking the initiative
