Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
- Lead operational teams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact site performance
- Analyze shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions
- Collaborate with support teams including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security
- Design and deliver initiatives to improve operational performance across sites
Requirements
- Experience in people management and stakeholder management
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience with operations/supply chain
- Fluent in English (speak, write, and read)
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
