About the Role
Knowledge Road seeks NYS-certified Special Education Teachers to provide SETSS services on a 1099 basis in Bronx. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive hourly rates based on group size, serving students in independent, parochial, and charter schools.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver one-to-one or small-group SETSS instruction aligned to each student's IEP or IESP goals
- Keep session notes and complete required documentation
- Complete progress reports as required
- Communicate with the school, the family and the student's team
- Attend IESP meetings for the students you work with
Requirements
- NYS certification in Students with Disabilities (B-2, 1-6, 7-12 or All Grades)
- Availability to work in Bronx
- Cannot have been employed by the NYC Department of Education within the past year (or obtain special approval)
