About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, staff support, and the reporting of security-related incidents.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding patrol activities, incidents, observations, and interactions with patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
