About the Role
Sea Containers London is seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to support its bartending team and ensure smooth bar operations. This role is crucial for maintaining bar cleanliness, restocking supplies, and assisting bartenders with preparation and service in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking and replenishing bar inventory, including glassware, liquor, and other supplies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all stations are fully stocked and ready for service.
- Help with the preparation of garnishes, mixers, and other bar essentials.
- Collect and wash glassware, ensuring it is clean and ready for use.
- Monitor bar equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Assist in delivering orders to tables and clearing empty glasses.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests when appropriate.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the bar area meets the highest standards of cleanliness.
