About the Role
This position is within a Wellcom Studio located onsite at a major client’s Central London office. You will be working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across both online and offline media. The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for the client, fostering relationships and managing creative requirements while overseeing creative output. They will also liaise with Xcalibre Account Managers on costings and catalogue production status.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an excellent client relationship through constant communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
- Define, plan, and manage projects involving digital and print deliverables.
- Oversee the end-to-end process, including photography, image editing, catalogue creation, and printing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and global counterparts to manage resources and anticipate issues.
- Create and update project documentation, including briefs, schedules, timing plans, and budgets.
- Liaise directly with clients and conduct pre-sale meetings and debriefs.
- Coordinate with Xcalibre on print specifications, costs, and provide production status updates.
- Proactively enhance client briefs and suggest creative solutions.
- Manage expectations of internal and client teams.
- Collaborate with the team to improve internal processes and workflows.
- Advocate for new technology enhancements and applications.
- Deliver projects on time, to specification, and within budget.
- Serve as the immediate point of escalation for issues and concerns.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies and duplication.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, processes, and reporting procedures.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to share knowledge and establish best practices.
- Maintain positive relationships with the Studio, Xcalibre, clients, and Photography teams.
