About the Role
The Gemeindepsychiatrische Verbund und seine Arbeitsprojekte (GPVA) of the Hoffnungstaler Stiftung Lobetal is seeking a Social Worker / Social Pedagogue / Dipl. Pädagoge / Psychologist (m/f/d) for their therapeutic shared living facility, Haus Erlengrund, in Berlin-Charlottenburg. This facility provides intensive outpatient care for adults with chronic mental illnesses 365 days a year, around the clock.
Responsibilities
- Support and promote daily living skills and finding/maintaining a daily structure.
- Appropriate management of illness, crises, and relapses.
- Creation of support plans and documentation in accordance with the BTHG (Federal Participation Act).
- Fostering individual resources within a communal living environment.
- Coordination of all necessary personal services.
Requirements
- Completed degree in social work or social pedagogy (m/f/d) or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience or enthusiasm for professionally sound interaction with mentally ill individuals.
- Curiosity about the life stories of clients (m/f/d).
- Acceptance of and professional handling of risks to self and others.
- Service design based on the needs of the supported individuals, in coordination with the team (shift work during the day; weekend and holiday work considering individual wishes through a proposal plan).
- Interest in personal development, including supervision, further training, and continuing education.

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum €4,345.08 per month gross for full-time (EG9) plus time bonuses.
- Annual special payment (equivalent to one additional monthly salary).
- Regular tariff increases and step increases.
