About the Role
The Associate Implementation Analyst plays a key role in designing and configuring TELUS Health's benefits solutions for clients. You will partner with senior team members to translate business requirements into technical configurations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality implementations, demonstrating strong technical problem-solving, clear communication, and initiative in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure proprietary software and implement client solutions using established tools and methodologies.
- Provide maintenance and technical support to existing clients and internal benefits teams, resolving issues with clear explanations and structured resolutions.
- Analyze business requirements and develop configuration designs that align with client needs.
- Set high standards for work, meet project schedules, provide realistic estimates, and deliver on commitments.
- Work as an active member of the implementation team, providing constructive feedback to colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Attend training sessions to build knowledge of industry trends and enhance technical capabilities.
- Maintain punctuality, responsiveness, achieve billable hour targets, and support special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience (5+ years in IT, systems configuration, or implementation).
- Proficiency in SQL and MS SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated experience with proprietary object-oriented configuration tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Ability to review logs and troubleshoot issues systematically.
