About the Role

This role provides direction and drives strategic initiatives leveraging Salesforce, analytics, and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Provide business and technical leadership across CRM, automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables across the project lifecycle.
  • Optimize Salesforce (workflows, integrations, reporting, security) aligned to business strategy.
  • Integrate AI capabilities (predictive models, generative AI, automation) into business processes.
  • Develop and oversee dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Provide technical guidance to enable scalable solution development.
  • Analyze requirements and recommend integrated Salesforce, analytics, and AI solutions.
  • Ensure delivery through effective planning, execution, testing, validation, and documentation.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Drive data governance, quality, and compliance.
  • Support release planning and roadmap development.
  • Level 2 support on user requests.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis, project management, and analytics.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics) and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and business applications.
  • Operates under general direction; contributes to policy development in AI and data governance.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies across CRM, analytics, and AI.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills; translates technical concepts into business value.
  • Aligns technology solutions with organizational strategy.
  • Customer-focused with a strong emphasis on experience improvement.
  • Leads complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Independently plans and executes complex efforts.
  • Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
