About the Role
The Head of Agency, Outdoor is responsible for leading and managing outdoor specialists, developing specialist relationships, and managing Specialist Agency Managers. This is a key management position focused on delivering sustainable revenue growth across Independent Agencies and their Outdoor Specialists.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-performing, fully integrated team.
- Plan and implement a strategy to drive overall revenue growth for the specialist group, including specific product stream targets.
- Understand customer challenges and ensure the team provides solutions, positioning the company as a key partner.
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations, including forecasting and meeting weekly targets.
- Deliver on the client segmentation process and lead significant individual client pitches.
- Develop influential relationships across the specialist customer group.
- Resolve or escalate client servicing issues to ensure best-in-class service.
Requirements
- Knowledge of all Global outdoor inventory, both traditional and digital.
- Proven ability in successfully managing sales teams.
- Thorough understanding of key commercial challenges and how to overcome them.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building a rewarding team environment.
- Ability to recruit and retain high-performing individuals.
- Experience in coaching and development, nurturing talent by empowering and guiding individuals.
- Experience in building trust and creating an inclusive environment where diverse views and experiences are welcomed and celebrated.
