About the Role
Figma is seeking AI Product Engineers to join our growing Roundtripping team in the UK. This role involves building and evolving tools that redefine collaboration between Designers, PMs, and Engineers, focusing on agentic workflows, AI-powered ideation, and prototyping on production codebases. You will play a key part in accelerating the journey from design to code and code to design, contributing to the future of AI at Figma.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Dev Mode, MCP tools, and Make, Figma’s leading tools for dev/design collaboration.
- Participate in building new 0→1 products within the agentic coding space.
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other engineers to craft high-quality products.
- Mentor and be mentored by exceptional peers across engineering, product, and design.
- Build strong personal connections with teammates and help shape Figma’s culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of leading large-scale engineering projects with high impact.
- Experience working with user-facing LLM and agentic product features.
- Experience curating and developing eval sets and LLMs as judges.
- Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship.
- High velocity and a focus on user impact.
- Demonstrated strong fluency with React and Typescript.
- Experience communicating and working across functions to proactively drive solutions.
- Trained or fine-tuned LLMs.
