About the Role

We are expanding and looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. You will be responsible for driving lettings performance, securing new business, and managing client relationships. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the lettings department, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring landlords and tenants receive a high level of service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct valuations and market appraisals to win new instructions
  • Generate and attend property viewings
  • Negotiate tenancies between landlords and tenants
  • Provide expert advice to landlords on rental values, legislation, and market trends
  • Ensure all properties are compliant and marketed effectively
  • Work to and exceed personal and office targets
  • Assist in training and supporting junior negotiators
  • Maintain accurate records and use CRM systems efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legislation
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning business
  • Must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car
