About the Role
Fresh Direct is seeking an HGV Class 2 Driver in Dagenham to deliver ambient, chilled, and frozen products to customers. This role is crucial for ensuring safe, timely deliveries and maintaining high food hygiene standards, while also managing records and building customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ambient, chilled, and frozen products to customers.
- Ensure deliveries are made safely, on time, and to the highest food hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Complete load plans.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Requirements
- Qualified Class 2 Driver.
- Valid CPC cards.
- Proactive approach to work.
- Commitment to providing the highest standard of service to customers.
- Eye for detail.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Flexibility to work in a shift system.
