About the Role
Nell Hotels is opening The Nell New York in Rockefeller Center in Fall 2027, offering a luxury hotel experience rooted in warm, intuitive hospitality and cultural connection. We are hiring for all leadership positions across various hotel departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead diverse teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management.
- Maintain a positive, professional, team-player attitude.
- Quickly adapt to changes in processes, customer flow, environments, and tasks.
- Handle interpersonal and team conflicts in a constructive manner.
- Work weekends, evenings and holidays according to business and scheduling needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related degree or equivalent additional experience in the hotel industry.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
- Ability to comply with all policies and procedures for Hotel Operations and Food & Beverage departments.
Skills
- Proficient knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient knowledge in computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Skilled in influencing and acting as a role model to others.
- Strong desire to learn all operational and strategic facets of the business.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred.
