About the Role
This role involves providing invaluable support to customers by resolving their pest control issues while receiving comprehensive, industry-recognised training. You will inspect premises, tackle pest problems, offer advice, complete reports, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
- Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
- Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
- Completing accurate reports after every visit.
- Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
Requirements
- A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject, including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
- A desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.

Salary/Compensations
- Basic salary of £27,788 per annum
- £3k London Weighting
- Expected OTE: £35,000 per annum
