About the Role
Crown Agents Bank requires software to reliably integrate its systems with third-party platforms and internal data consumers. This role focuses on building and maintaining integration solutions and cloud-native platforms, potentially including work on the Operational Data Store. The Senior Analyst will develop well-tested software based on agreed designs and contribute to design discussions, utilizing AI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integration solutions and cloud-native components across CAB's technology estate.
- Develop integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms using AWS services.
- Write production-quality code and tests, owning delivery of assigned features and integration components.
- Contribute practical input and ideas to design discussions.
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and GitHub Actions.
- Support observability and data quality monitoring using Dynatrace.
- Use AI coding assistants and LLM-assisted development practices as a routine part of day-to-day delivery.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into working software.
- Take part in code reviews and design reviews.
- Identify gaps, bugs or opportunities for improvement across the integration estate and fix them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrable, hands-on use of AI coding assistants and LLM-assisted development is valued.
- Evidence of ongoing self-directed learning is welcomed.
