About the Role
You will work directly with the founder on internal financial flow automation, identifying and automating manual, repetitive processes using n8n, our agentic framework Flue, and AI support. As part of our n8n and AI taskforce, you will take ownership of your own projects early on and see the immediate impact of your workflows on colleagues' daily work.
Responsibilities
- Identify cross-team manual processes and rebuild them into clean, maintainable workflows in n8n.
- Develop AI agents and workflows from concept to live deployment, utilizing AI tools for support.
- Connect company tools via APIs and webhooks, including Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Asana, and our CRM.
- Document workflows and implement monitoring to ensure continuous operation.
- Build rapid prototypes, test them with teams, and iterate based on feedback.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with self-built automation flows (screenshots, videos, or GitHub profile required).
- Process-oriented thinking with the ability to identify automation opportunities.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON; proficiency with JS/JSON/SQL.
- Experience using AI tools like Claude and effectively integrating LLMs into workflows and prompts.
- Practical experience building workflows, including familiarity with nodes, webhooks, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with n8n or similar tools (e.g., Make/Zapier) is preferred.
- Experience with agentic frameworks like Flue or comparable is a strong plus.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on completing tasks.
- Technical or interdisciplinary field of study (e.g., Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering) is considered, but portfolio is valued more.
- Very fluent German language skills (C1 or higher).
- Familiarity with data, SQL, or reporting is a bonus.
