About the Role

You will independently manage and oversee new construction and renovation projects (commercial and residential buildings), from planning and tendering to acceptance and warranty. You will coordinate and monitor projects regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and construction execution. You will also manage and coordinate construction companies, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Additionally, you will handle the tendering of construction services, conduct negotiation meetings, represent the client's interests, and serve as the central point of contact for project participants and authorities. You will also review invoices, reconcile construction services rendered, conduct and document construction acceptances, and track defects and warranties. Ensuring compliance with public law and technical requirements, as well as preparing service descriptions and cost estimates, are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Independent management and oversight of new construction and renovation projects (commercial and residential buildings) from planning and tendering to acceptance and warranty.
Coordination and monitoring of projects regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and construction execution.
Management and coordination of construction companies, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
Tendering of construction services and conducting negotiation meetings.
Representing the client's interests and serving as the central point of contact for project participants and authorities.
Invoice review and reconciliation of construction services rendered.
Conducting and documenting construction acceptances, and tracking defects and warranties.
Ensuring compliance with public law and technical requirements.
Preparing service descriptions and cost estimates.

Requirements

Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in project management or construction management in new construction.
Good knowledge of HOAI and VOB.
Knowledge of the market and construction prices.
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
Good German language skills (C1 Level).
