About the Role
As a Warehouse Operative/Driver, you'll keep Voi's electric vehicles safe, charged, and ready to ride. You'll split your time between the city and the warehouse, using a company e-van to maintain and recharge our fleet. Full training is provided, and no mechanical experience is needed.
Responsibilities
- Swap batteries and rebalance the fleet across the city
- Carry out minor on-the-spot fixes and escalate bigger issues
- Deploy vehicles safely and be a friendly face for the public
- Maintain, repair, and diagnose vehicles
- Receive, pack, and send out new vehicles and batteries
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organised
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- No more than 6 points on driving licence
- No major driving offences
- Must be 21 or over
- Reliable and follows through on commitments
- Enjoys teamwork and takes initiative when needed
- Comfortable with active, physical work using tools and equipment provided
- Communicates clearly and is confident with basic digital tools
- Stays calm under pressure and treats everyone with respect
