About the Role
As a Boots Opticians Hub Manager, you will lead 6-10 stores across Worcester, Chisbury, Gloucester, Hereford, Evesham, and Stroud areas. Your focus will be on delivering an exemplary customer experience by supporting customers with their eye health needs. You will inspire, develop, and empower store leaders to manage daily operations, drive strong trading performance, and build a talent succession plan using data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Leading a group of 6-10 stores across specified areas.
- Delivering an exemplary customer experience.
- Supporting customers to find the optical products and services best suited to their eye health.
- Inspiring, developing, and empowering dedicated leaders.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation within stores to deliver strong trading performance.
- Using data-driven insights to plan strategically across stores.
- Executing the commercial plan.
- Building and maintaining a robust succession plan of talent.
- Traveling between stores within the hub and visiting stores daily.
- Collaborating with the regional team and Support Office to influence and drive change to optimize business performance.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team remotely across multiple sites.
- Ability to travel across your geography.
- Experience working with HR and ER policies.
