About the Role
GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of observation, the ability to anticipate risk, and the physical capability to patrol environments throughout their shift.
Responsibilities
- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of security officer experience preferred
- First aid certification is an asset
- Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
- Possess a state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
- Possess additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (can be obtained during hiring process)
