About the Role
NESPRESSO brings motivated people together with exciting products. We are looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time (20 hours/week) in Berlin KaDeWe to make the boutique visit an incomparable coffee experience for our customers every day.
Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and advise visitors, acting as the store's representative.
- Enthuse customers about coffee specialties in the tasting area.
- Recommend products from the range of machines and accessories.
- Gain interest in the Nespresso & You customer loyalty program.
- Competently and flexibly address individual customer concerns.
- Provide a smooth and friendly conclusion to the shopping experience at the checkout.
- Create an appealing product and shop presentation using design recommendations to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
Requirements
- Ideally completed vocational training in retail, hotel, gastronomy, or tourism, or have sales experience with personal customer contact.
- Combine a service-oriented demeanor with a strong passion for sales.
- Maintain composure during stressful periods and are comfortable working on Saturdays.
- Approach people openly and communicate confidently and enjoyably in German.
- Quickly learn the machine, coffee, and service offerings to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
