About the Role

This role involves leading reporting requirement workshops and defining functional specifications for various HR and Payroll modules. You will collaborate with technology teams to design Power BI dashboards, define reporting semantic models, and ensure data accuracy. The position also requires close interaction with HR, Payroll, IT, Data, and PMO stakeholders, including participation in design walkthroughs and hypercare support.

Responsibilities

Lead reporting requirement workshops for Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Acquisition/Talent Management, Performance Management and Career Development.
Define reporting functional specifications for the aforementioned subject areas.
Work with technology teams to design Power BI dashboards for HCM insights.
Work with the data modeling team to define the reporting semantic model.
Validate reporting logic, data structures, joins, and metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with the testing team to define and test functional reporting test cases.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Data, and PMO stakeholders.
Participate in design walkthroughs, governance checkpoints, and hypercare support.

Requirements

Knowledge of standard KPIs, metrics, and reporting in HCM.
Experience in Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.
Deep understanding of Oracle EBS/HCM data models and integration.
Experience in Oracle HCM highly preferred.
Experience in advanced analytics and AI-based solutions on HCM highly preferred.
Experience with Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, or enterprise analytics platforms.
Background in public sector or healthcare transformation programs.
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s).
PL 300 / Power BI certification.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
Ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independent SME ownership.
